Trying To Grow A Business

As some of you may know, my parents have a small family business that they are currently trying to grow. For years (decades really), they have been happy to be successful locally, but now they have decided that they want to expand and reach a wider audience base. They plan to do this largely by offering their products for distribution nation wide, but also, they want to have a larger internet presence and plan to ship their line of products to buyers world wide.

Of course, to do all this they are looking into various Business Advertising methods that will help them to get the word out about their company on a broad scale. Until now, they have used methods that are conductive to small local businesses, such as signs around town, word of mouth and yellow pages advertising. Now, they will run an internet campaign and are even considering some television advertising. It’s very exciting for my family, and we are all learning so much. Who knew that business marketing could be so interesting?

Watched An Interesting Video Today

Today I watched an interesting video on the Rein2.com website. The video is very artistic and well made, and made me think harder on my own views regarding religion and reincarnation. The video is called L Johnverrell’s REIN: The Rejuvenator, and if you are interested in rejuvination you’ll likely find it interesting yourself. One of my favorite lines in the short film is “you have to focus on what you can do”, as that line has really stuck in my mind.
