More and more peopleĀ are now surfing the internet, blogs included, through their mobile phones. Bloggers who want to be read by this growing sector need to optimize their blogs so that they are easily viewable from a mobile. This will become increasingly important, as due to the emergence of iPhones and Gphones web surfing the mobile way is only going to become more mainstream and commonplace in the coming years.
Frankly, I wouldn’t have known where to start when looking to make a blog better suited for mobile users, but then today I came across a company called Blog4Mobile, which makes the process easy. There’s no need to play with any code or have programming skills, as the Blog4Mobile service has the ability to convert a blog into a mobile site instantly.
The idea to create mobile blog services is a good one, and I expected somewhat of a large price tag attached to what this company is offering. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their service is free. Meaning there’s no reason not to make your blog readable on a mobile. Also, there is no part of your design left out, as they include all all images and videos in the mobile version of your blog.
Furthermore, if you’re someone who’s tried to read a blog through your mobile device before, only to find it was a difficult task, you’ll want to check out Blog4Mobile.mobi, which is a directory of popular blogs that are well-displayed on mobiles.

Wow, great idea. I take a laptop everywhere with Verizon’s wireless access. It’s very nice but I realize most will not use something like that enough to pay the service fees. I did look at my site on my phone once and it was terrible. Now I think I’m going to start offering a mobile version. Thanks for the post.
@Brian - The service can certainly help with your site’s mobile appearance. Thanks for stopping by.
