Buying Domains Off Of DigitalPoint
Recently I looked at buying some PR’d domains off of DigitalPoint, as there are additional blogs I’d like to create, however wouldn’t mind a “leg-up” from the get go with them. One thing that struck me, and I’d like to warn others about, is the amount of fraudulent domains with fake PR being listed.
Fake PR Sites use a 301 or 302 redirect that points the website to one with a high Pagerank. If you do a Google search for “fake PR” you’ll find an abundance of tools that can check the validity of a sites PR, and ensure that it is not faked.
Just a heads up, as I’ve seen a few people post about how they were scammed, and would hate for more of my fellow bloggers to experience such frustration.
