• Pepperjam is big on transparency. One proof of that is the ability to chat with the merchants. Run into a problem and don’t want to spend days to receive an email response? Chat it up. I would wager that the success of the chat program will depend on how often merchants are online, as well as if there is a real need for this kind of support, but it’s something I haven’t seen offered by any other affiliate program.
