Entrecard Changes For The Better
I know many of you have been upset by the latest happenings out of Entrecard. Since the release of the company’s “quality standards” many seemingly good quality blogs have been deleted without warning.
And, I suppose, it’s no surprise that many members of the EC community have abandoned ship lately, mostly due to these occurrances. Well, there’s good news now, as it looks like Entrecard will be looking at rules violations… or borderline, possible rules violations, with less of a heavy hand.
Entrecard today announced that they will now grant users some time to fix issues instead of the right-away deletion that was happening. Of course, in the case of an extremely severe violation, users will not be granted that option (you know, like a total spam site, or adult content). However, this should protect those honest users with good intentions from waking up to a surprise “your account has been deleted” email. A step in the right direction, for sure.
