Want To Drop A Few Pounds
Okay, so it’s February now and we should all be well into our new years resolutions. I, like many other people, resolved that to lose some weight this year! While I don’t need to lose a ton, I would like to slim down by ten or so pounds. Then I would be at my goal weight and feel confident in any outfit that I should dare to wear! However, it’s February now and the truth it that I haven’t lost even a single pound! That’s because my diet hasn’t really improved, and putting in just a little bit of extra time at the gym doesn’t seem to make too much of a different weight wise. It does make me feel good though!
My good friend is also having some real trouble loosing his extra pounds. Unfortunately he is quite overweight and feels that he may need more extreme measures to get back on track. It’s really important because while most of want to lose a few pounds for superficial reasons, my friend really needs to do it for health reasons, as we all know that obesity can lead to all sorts of medical problems.
